1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of the SKG Interio website and our interior furnishing services across Patna, Bihar. By booking a consultation, accessing our website, or contracting our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products and Services

SKG Interio provides custom interior furnishing including curtains, blinds, wooden flooring, vinyl flooring, invisible grills, sofas, and mattresses. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, variations in color and texture from physical fabric catalogs may occur. All measurements are taken on-site by our team.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotations provided following a free home measurement in Patna are valid for a period of 15 days from the date of issue. Prices quoted include standard installation unless otherwise specified. We do not support hidden charges; however, any civil work changes requested by the client post-agreement may incur additional costs.

4. Order Confirmation & Payment

• A 50% advance payment is required to confirm any custom order (curtains, custom sofas, specialized flooring).
• The remaining 50% must be paid upon satisfactory completion of installation.
• Payments can be made via UPI, Bank Transfer, or Cash.

5. Delivery and Installation

We aim to adhere strictly to the timelines promised during order confirmation. Most standard installations in localities like Kankarbagh, Boring Road, and Rajendra Nagar are completed within 7–14 days. Delays caused by force majeure or out-of-stock premium fabrics will be communicated promptly.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Because our products are crafted to your specific home dimensions, orders cannot be cancelled once the advance payment has been processed and raw materials have been cut or procured. We do not offer refunds on custom-made goods unless there is a severe defect in manufacturing that cannot be rectified by our team.

7. Warranty

We offer a 1-year installation warranty on fittings (e.g., motorized curtain rails, invisible grill tension). Manufacturer warranties apply to materials like wooden flooring and mattresses as per the respective brand's terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Patna, Bihar.
